Course Description

However independently interesting computer science may be, when computer science interfaces with humans the discipline is elevated to higher relevance and complexity. How can computation serve the interests of everyday people around the world? How can systems be designed to address needs that perhaps could be met no other way? This course will explore the potential of technology to solve open problems and uplift humanity.
