This course we will examine the pervasive and fundamental role the law, courts and regulatory agencies play in the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of environmental regulation. Utilizing environmental law and policy as our major focus, we will specifically explore the dimensions of the place of law and legal institutions in the governmental system.
