Biogeochemistry
Course Description
Biogeochemistry is the exploration of the physical, chemical, and biological processes that govern the exchange of energy and elements between life and the environment. In this course, we will examine the global biogeological cycling of carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen. Drawing from primary literature, we will investigate how biogeochemical cycling has changed over Earth's history and as a result of human activities.
